Double contract signing ahead of new season...
Leeds United were boosted by a double contract signing on Thursday lunchtime.
Midfielder David Prutton and young goalkeeper Alan Martin have both put pen to paper on new deals with the club.
Prutts, a favourite with the Elland Road fans, has signed a one-year extension, taking him up to the end of the 2009/10 season.
The former Nottingham Forest star joined the club from Southampton on a free transfer during the summer of 2007 and was a virtual ever present last season.
Scottish goalkeeper Alan also joined the club last summer from Motherwell and he has agreed a three-year deal.
Alan, who featured in the reserves and the under-18s last term, was a member of Gary McAllister's squad during the Ireland tour last month.
