DISABLED TICKET POLICY (HOME GAMES)

Tickets for home games initially go on sale to Club Members approximatelyfour weeks before each game. Club Members have an exclusive eight-day period to book their tickets ahead of general sale.

General sale will commence upon conclusion of the Members priority booking period, approximately three weeks before the game. You can purchase up to eight tickets per application.

We reserve the right to amend on-sale dates or change the selling procedure for any fixture. Dates of fixtures and kick-off times are subject to
change.

Disabled tickets are sold on a 'first come first served' basis and we accept bookings by post, fax, telephone or in person at the counters.

In line with all other Championship Clubs we will no longer be accepting blue parking badges as proof of disability. Our revised policy is based solely on eligibility to claim Disability Living Allowance (DLA) in conjunction with our club specific points system.

All disabled fans must provide a copy of their DLA entitlement letter that specifies their benefit in order for their points to be calculated.
Please note the copy of the DLA entitlement must be in date at the time of applying for tickets.

The points system will be used to determine the eligibility to obtain a disabled ticket and the requirement for a personal assistant.

Points will be awarded for the Care Component and the Mobility Component of DLA:

We will award 5 points for a higher rate, 3 points for a medium rate and 1 point for low rate.

If a disabled fan has 5 or more points then they would qualify for the disabled concession ticket (If concession available) and they would be able to be accompanied by a personal assistant at no extra cost.

Disabled fans with 4 points would qualify for the disabled concession ticket (If concession available) but not for a complimentary ticket for a personal assistant. The person accompanying the disabled supporter would pay the published price for their age.

Any disabled fans with 3 points or less do not qualify and must pay the published price, although they can purchase tickets in the designated disabled areas for easier access. Any person attending with the disabled supporter would also pay the published price.

Tickets are not available in all areas of the ground as we have designated areas of seating for disabled supporters.
